great location helpful staff bathroom mirror rough towels thin duvet unclean carpet

the location was perfect for getting around. the staff were very friendly and helpful with directions. my room had a lot of storage space, very useful. the bathroom mirrors were also a nice touch, and the lighting was excellent.

the towels felt a bit rough. the duvet was quite thin, i would have prefered it to be thicker. also, the carpet did not seem properly cleaned upon arrival.

awful charging ports missing glass

The receptionist was helpful upon arrival. The room was clean.

The charging ports were awful. I needed 8 hours to charge my phone using their plug sockets, and there were not enough of them. The peep hole in our door lacked glass, so people could see into our room (particularly the bathroom).

excellent storage space lovely touch restful sleep helpful staff

the room had excellent storage space for luggage! the mirrors were a lovely touch, especially the bathroom mirror with its great lighting. the bed provided restful sleep with ample pillows. reception staff helped me find my room through many turns.

i noticed the tv was not working.

friendly staff quick check-in super clean bedding no window burning smell carpet mark

The staffs was always happy to HELP. check in was quick and FRIENDLY. room and bedding was super clean. LOCATION was central. This was IDEAL for our needs.

the room had no window, giving us no access to fresh air. the fan smelt of burning. also, my daughter was scared because it made a loud noise. marks was all over the carpets.

Surprising Art Deco Charm

art deco dark mahogany furniture positive aspect

the room was huge, and i loved the whole feel of the place. it almost was like stepping back in time. i admired art deco and dark mahogany furniture, quite unusual but positive.

the room would have been better if it was darker. this made it a bit difficult to sleep well.

helpful receptionist central location super clean room outdated decor weak lighting scuffed wall

I found the receptionist lovely and helpful during check-in and check-out. the location was central. It was quite ideal for my needs. i was kinda surprised with the super clean room, bedding, and towels.

The decor seemed outdated with dark wood. lighting was very weak in the room. i noticed marked carpets and scuffed walls. The view was of a roof. the toilet seat did not fit properly.

service have some problems

luggage storage different sizes no toilet roll missing tv remote

staff was polite, i liked it. my room had a lot of storage for luggage, its very good. mirrors of different sizes are great, especially the bathroom one, i thought the lighting was excellent.

no toilet roll in my room when i arrived, that's not very good. no tea or coffee facilities was available, that's bad too. tv remote was missing, and when i got one, i have to clean it, because it was dirty.
